Product Load Form Resource Center

Submitting products for initial image and content new capture or updating products by recapture can all be done from this one resource center.  Please visit our online Member Support center for additional information.

 

To BEGIN, click the blue button BELOW to download* our Product Load Form template for the products you are submitting for new capture or updates through recapture. This form is used to create a record in our system of your “order” that your product(s) will be shipped for Professional Capture.

 

*NOTE:  Please download a new copy each time to ensure you have the current copy. Do not send product without receiving authorization as this will create delays in processing or loss of product.

Step 1

 

INSTRUCTIONS: Please fill out all columns in the Product Load Form that are relevant to your products, leaving any non-pertinent columns BLANK. The columns that are highlighted in yellow with the form are required information. It is imperative that proper codes for all products level be filled out accurately on the submitted form to prevent delays in processing items.

Once the Load Form is entered into our system, shipping authorization instructions to ship live retail ready master case(s) will be sent via email. Please wait on this authorization before shipping to avoid delays or loss of product.

Step 2

Please note if you wish to receive notifications of check-in, check-in exceptions and products published (made active), please be sure you have notified us of your current contact email.  These notifications come from a non-monitored system generated email box “system@mail-tdc.com” – please be sure to add this address to your SAFE SENDERS list.

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT LIVE PRODUCT SUBMISSION:

Our commitment to our mutual trade partners is that we will weigh, measure, image, collect and verify all data to live retail ready product. It is important that you send a full master case for each item as we provide images and data for all package levels. The Professional Capture process will be completed at all selling levels of the product (unit, inner pack or shelf caddy, and case).  As your Product Load form is being processed, you may want to click HERE for a document (OR click HERE for a video) to review a visual on how to better prepare for your product to arrive photograph ready.

 

  • Please note all non-perishable product will be donated to local food charities when the imaging and data capture processes have completed. Perishable items will be discarded. Click HERE for letter of donation.
  • Products without UPC barcodes or incorrect barcodes on the package, as well as mock-up or empty packaging will not be processed. These will have to be reshipped.
  • Products that arrived damaged will not be processed. These will have to be reshipped.
  • The complete capture process spans 2 to 4 weeks from receipt of live products.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For the “sellable” fields, indicate “FALSE” if the product level is not sellable to the end user/consumer at retail/shelf/check-out.  If the item is marked sellable (“TRUE”) it will create a new full capture charge.

Production Description is not intended for “romance copy”. Please try to avoid duplicating language that should be noted in Flavor, Scent or Style columns.  NOTE:  This field will be reflected on your invoice details as well.

 

Product Flavor: If there is not product flavor/taste, leave blank.

 

Product Scent: If this is not relevant, leave blank.

 

Product Style: Examples could be kettle, baked, vegan capsule, botttled, etc.

While these columns are all optional, it is highly recommended that you complete as much as possible to ensure our mutual trade partners have information needed for their business systems.

 

NOTE:  If “merchandise in tray” is “TRUE”, this will become the primary image (thumbnail) for your product.
